Parents – we are excited to partner with Shoot 360 Lynnwood to bring an exclusive event for the Everett families on November 16th from 3-5pm. To ensure our kids get the most out of this opportunity and spend their time on the court, instead of waiting for waiver forms to be completed, please make sure you have completed the following steps prior to your visit.

Complete all 3 steps. If you have already done Step 1 and Step 2 before, just skip to Step 3

  1. Step 1: Fill out the Recruiting Form
  2. Step 2: Fill out the Intake form that is emailed to you after you fill out the Recruiting Form, this has the liability waiver (Check your Junk email too please)
