Each player fee is $400 (2023-24 Season) plus a separate uniform cost. Families who qualify and provide proof of eligibility can receive a waiver, reducing their price to $200 plus the cost of a uniform.
How do I know if my family qualifies for a financial waiver?
If your student(s) qualifies for free/reduced lunch (outside of the federal grants that apply to all students at some Everett schools), or if your family is on state assistance, your player(s) is/are eligible for a reduced player fee.
How do I show proof of eligibility?
Fill out the form at the link below and upload an award letter from your athlete’s school, a copy of their snap card, or a letter from DSHS (if you have another form of documentation, please connect with everetthoopclub@gmail.com to see if it qualifies).
What if this scholarship is still cost-prohibitive for my family?
There is no guarantee that Everett AAU will permit additional scholarship opportunities. The financial assistance committee will review requests and approve them under certain circumstances. The committee will review submissions on a case-by-case basis. Additional awards may depend on the club’s financial ability.
